And with a little "pop", a tiny little devil's head appeared on top of her own head, about the size of an apple. It was red, had little horns that curved inward, and a black bob-cut. It seemed like a girl devil, judging by her face. Both of them immediately knew what was going on.
"Hiya there, new friend!" The little devil girl's head exclaimed in a Boston accent, "My name is Ashmeena! You can call me Ash if'n ya really want to! I take it your name's Jennifer?"
"Uhh... yeah..." Jen hesitated, "Whuh... how in the world did you..."
"Ooh baby, now DAT'S a story!" Ash explained, "Ya see Doll, mind if I call ya Doll, I was born without a body in the underworld just about five minutes ago. Da Council was plannin' recycle my genetic material when they got the message about the ol' 'Transform or Dare' curse bein' used for something they could woik with. I assume dat Perkins kid intended for me to replace your head, but he was *just* vague enough for them to showcase their weird senses of humor. As for the whole animal part, well... ain't devils kinda animalistic enough to qualify?"
Jen was processing this information as quickly as she could, everything about how the curse was real and how now she was stuck with two heads, one of which had a mind of its own... It was beginning to make her own brain spin... well that or the dual amount of sensory information she was being fed. She found that if she closed her eyes, she could look through Ash's eyes.
Ash took notice of this quickly, ready to gab about it, "Yeah, being able to see the world like a devil does is pretty great, right? With this you can see just how sinful a person is and which sin they lean closest to. I'll be glad to explain everything! How do I know so much despite being only about a few minutes old? Devil reasons, and otherwise none of your damned business!"
Jen opened her eyes again, and considered the situation. "Well, since we're stuck together we may as well be friends."
"You're damn right we are, Doll!"
"But we can't let everyone know about this or else we'll both probably be killed," Jen explained, "So unless you can turn invisible-"
"Yes," Ash cut as she did just that.
"Perfect!" Jen grinned, "Now how do you feel about a little revenge? We get back at Kyle, you get to stay on my head. Sound good?"
"Sounds like fun!" Ash cheered, "But let's go get some grub first. We'll both get nourishment if either one of us eats, but how about we both get something? I want to know what tasting is all about."
"Sure thing," Jen conceded, "But first I gotta get dressed."
