James rolled a very short amount and barely moved any spaces. He read off his card, “A pity your roll, have two more.”
The guys oohed as the dice picked themselves up and rolled to a yellow space. They rolled again and landed on an orange square. Confused, James didn’t know what to do. Apparently out of impatience, the board shot two cards (one yellow one orange) directly at James.
James read the first one, “They say two heads are better than one, so how about more whenever you want?”
Nothing happened. James continued to sit there.
“I was expecting a larger outburst from you guys,” James said.
“Nothing happened though,” Vince said. “What does ‘whenever you want’ mean?”
Not the word “want,” James’ shoulders expanded and a second head popped out. Of James’ shirt. When James noticed the looks of shock on his friends’ faces, he knew something must have happened.
“Sweet,” the new head said. “This other card says, ‘What’s your favorite sport?’”
James didn’t have one. He hated sports. He was thin and small as a twig.
“I don’t know,” he said. “I kind of like...swimming?”
Suddenly James burst outwards, his clothes shattering. His scrawny body expanded upwards and expanded outwards forming toned defined muscles all over his body. He wore a swimmer’s speedo and nothing else. What little hair he had receded into his body and his hair shrank a bit as well.
The other boys applauded as both James looked around nervously looking for something out of place.
