What is CYC and what it does?

Can CYC change user memory too?
It can do only with an uncontrolled "random change": this happens 50% of times, to protecting users from doing something stupid. The user will remember allways have been in the form they are when it occours. They won't remember to have ever used CYC app. Then CYC will appear again as just installed and the process will start again, eventually consenting the user to turn uncounciously back to their original form.
