Veronica picked up the ring from my hand and examined it closely. "It looks like real gold and diamonds. Have you tried using it again?"
"Only to try and change back. It didn't work"
"Hmm Let me try something". She slipped the ring on her finger and raised her hand to the heavens. "I wish Danielle had pretty clothes to wear. Ow!" She fainted.
I knelt down. She was recovering. "That hurt" She sat up "Did it work?" I was still wearing my old t-shirt and shorts and shrugged. "Have a look in your cupboard"
I walked down to my bedroom and looked through the wardrobe. All I could see was my old clothes. "Not in here" I called out. On the way back I looked in the spare bedroom There was an empty wardrobe in there. I opened the door to see a row of colorful girls dresses. I opened the drawers. They were filled with little girl clothes, panties, socks etc. I called out to Veronica "Come and look at his"
She joined me in the room. I showed her the wardrobe. "Wow. They are really pretty" She pulled out a white sundress with a pink flower pattern on it. 'Try this on"
"I don't think so. Help me find some jeans and a t-shirt" I looked through the wardrobe and the drawers. All I could see was pretty dresses. Indeed everything was pretty and very girly. I couldn't even find plain panties. Everything either had flowers or ruffles on it. I asked Veronica "Can you wish for some clothes to suit a tomboy?"
Veronica thought for a second. She still had the ring on her finger "I'm going to sit down first" She sat on the single bed that was in the room then raised her hand to the air "I wish Danielle wanted to wear her pretty clothes" She slumped on the bed, on top of my white dress.
"Careful' I said "You will crush my dress" Veronica was stirring again. She saw me holding the white dress.
"Why don't you put that on Danielle. I'm sure you would look gorgeous in it"
I looked at the yucky clothes I was wearing and was embarrassed. Veronica left me to change. I pulled off the old t-shirt and shorts and put on some white panties with roses that I thought matched the dress. Then pulled the dress over my head. I also put on some red sandals that matched the color of the roses on my dress.
I went out to Veronica in the lounge and twirled around showing how pretty I looked. I was still aware that I was really Veronicas older brother. But I loved how pretty I now was.
