The internet can be an interesting place, you can find almost anything you want there. From ordering groceries to reading stories and even finding people with common interests.
But like anything else, the internet has become the source of many urban legends. Some say there are rituals that can be found online that supposedly can be performed to cause unusual things to happen. Most of these are myths, but there is one that seems to be the truth given some reports have come up of people encountering it and going missing.
Those that have claimed to managed to escape it have told the story of exactly what happens when you carry out this ritual. It can be done with one or two people, but no more.
The details of the Ritual are as follows:
1. The ritual can only be performed in a clearing in a forest at midnight.
2. You must enter the clearing completely naked, no clothing, no jewelry, nothing, or the ritual will not work save for a bag that contains the items required.
3. You must draw a celtic symbol (found on the same page here) in the ground around you.
4. You must place candles in a circle around you and light them.
5a. (One Person) You must lay in the exact center of the circle and masturbate until you reach orgasm.
5b. (Two people) Both partners must mate in the manner of a mare and a stallion (doggy style) until both reaches orgasm at the same time.
6. If everything is done correctly, the candles will go out and the chase begins.
7a. (One Person) The ritual user will be pursused through the forest by a Servant of Epona of the opposite gender.
7b. (Two people) One ritual user (usually the male but not necessarily) will be transformed into a Servant of Epona and chase after their mate.
8a. (One person) If you escape the woods, you will be granted a boon by the Goddess and your heart's desire will be fulfilled.
8b. (Two people) If the untransformed escapes the woods, their heart's desire will be fulfilled. However if they do not do this before 3 AM, their partner will never leave the forest.
What happens to those who don't escape is unknown, but it is believed that they are taken to Epona's realm and become horses forever.
