"You got something like..." Andrew began, putting thought into what kind of simulation he wanted. He wanted action, so what better genre than.. "A superhero game?"
"A superhero game?" The voice asked, its tone rumbling throughout the white room. "Is that the kind of VR you wish to engage in?"
"Yeah!" Andrew said, his face delighted with the prospect of being a superhero. "Get it started, already!"
"Very well then...." The voice said, as Andrew's vision flashed white. As the boy opened his eyes again, he found himself in a busy city, like the ones he would find comic books.
"Whoa..." He said, before a bunch of images appeared in front of him.
"Please select the hero you will customize and be for the time you will spend in this game." The voice said, as Andrew began to think.
