You and your son/dad Jim have a good work out. You can still bench press more than he can and your strong legs handle easily handle half again the weight Jim can lift. You tease him about how his fat ol’ man can still use him as a barbell. He challenges you to do just that and you prove it to him. You pick him up, put him over your shoulders and do squats twenty with your 260 lb. son.
“Alright Pop, you’ve proved your point. You’re a fuckin’ tough ol’ bear.” He says.
“Yeah, and don’t you forget it.” You say and grab him in a wrestling hold. He giggles like a child as you hug the breath out of him and then let him go.
“Your li’l brother Mark is getting’ bigger than you.” you say and remember that uncle Mark (dad’s younger brother, now your son) was a big furry burly biker much like you are now. You always admired your uncle Mark, growing up.
“Yeah, Mark always did favor your side. He’s much more help in the shop than I’d be, Pop.” Jim says as he wipes his brow with a towel.
“He had to stay behind a day to finish up an order, but he’ll be here before breakfast tomorrow. He’s ridin’ all night. You know, I brought an extra bike, you could come to Sturgis with us.” You offer and Jim looks a bit exasperated.
“Dad, you know I’ve got work and besides, I haven’t been riding in years, not since I graduated and went cross country with the two of you and your bros.” He says.
“Well ya never really forget how ta ride, son. Besides, it’ll be just us bros; all the way to Sturgis. We’ll hit some strip clubs along the way and you know some of them greasy spoons out there have the best food. Come on, son, it’ll be a blast.” you say.
“Pop, I’ve got work. I wish I could go, but…” he just leaves it hanging and heads for the shower.
You go upstairs to the guest bedroom and grab the chronivac. You know the changes you need to make in your son and if he’s in the shower, he’s going to be stationary long enough for you to use it on him.
