Kellie groaned as she pulled into the parking lot. It had alreasy been a long week and the girl found herself exhausted. In only a few days Krllie had discovered Mary Elise had her own magic ring, had undergone advanced magical training with Katie and Merlin, and met her daighter Katie from an alternate dimension. Taking a swig of coffee from her travel mug she grimaced. Adult Kellie used to drink coffee like water, now she found herself trying to regain a taste for the drink.
Kellie exited her car, stretching as she gazed at the school. As she was about to head inside she could hear a familiar voice calling her. Turning Kellie's jaw dropped as she saw Katie approaching.
"Katie," she gasped. "What are you doing here?"
Alt Katie was now leading Kellies friends towards the honey haired teen. "Hi..Kellie," she smirked, looking sheepish. "Glad I found you, really need to talk with you."
Kellie found herself looking between Alt Katie and her friends. Kellies friends all appeared somewhat confused as the blond teen smiled. Shaking her head she now looked at Katie and the rest if her friends. "Is something wrong," she asked. "What is she doing here?"
"Wish I knew," Katie shrugged. "We all ran into eachother in the gym. Next thing we know this Katie shows up."
"That's not everything," Lisa stated. "Mary over here decided to use her ring on Sammy."
"It was an accident," Mary Elise groaned.
Kellie rubbed her temples as the others began to argue. Raising her hands Kellie yelled for quiet. "Look," she sighed. "We can figure all this out in a minute. Right now I need to talk with this Katie."
Kellie's friends nodded as Kellie and Katie stepped away from the group. As the two now looked eachother Kellie smiled, embracing Katie in a tight hug.
"Good to see you again Katie," she sighed happily.
"Good to see you too mom," Katie grinned.
Kellie now looked her daughter over, curious as to why Katie was now a teen once more. "So two questions, " she stated. "What do I owe the pleasure and why are you younger than the last time I saw you? Not that I'm complaining, its just a....surprise."
"Sorry mom," Alt Katue giggled. "I made myself younger to make them feel more comfortable. I've been thinking about what you said though....and I want to help."
Kellie gave Alt Katue a curious look as the teen blushed slightly. "Okay can I ask why?"
Alt Katie fidgeted slightly as she tried to avoid eye contact. Kellie sighed, sensing something was amiss. "Okay Katie tell me what happened to you."
"Not me," Alt Katue said quickly. "Its....Gloria..my sister."
Alt Katie now explained how Gloria wanted to help Kellie. Katie had refused to allow it, that is until her sister and her friend Felicia found themselves suddenly preparing themselves for a double date with two boys. Although Katie admitted she may be paranoid she needed to make sure Morgan Lefay wasn't involved. "So you think these two boys may have a connection with this reality?"
Katie shrugged, looking down at her feet. "I don't know, " she mumbled. "I mean I know one of the boys has always been in Gloria's grade but the other is magical. Somehow the ring aged him into a teen, I just need to be sure that it's nothing."
Kellie smiled, pulling Alt Katie into a tight hug. "Well that is very sweet of you," she said warmly. "We'll figure this out together...just like old times."
"Thanks mom."
"Lets just stick with Kellie for right now okay," she laughed. Taking a deep breath Kellue looked over Alt Katue before glancibg over at her friends. "Well," she sighed. "Might as well tell them everything. "
"Everything," Katie exclaimed.
"Okay minus the mom and me erasing the universe parts," Kellie said quickly. "But yeah, I think telling them about your world would kinda gain their trust. Probably help in patching things up with Mary Elise too."
Alt Katie nodded as Kellie now took her hand. "And hey who knows," Kellie smirked. "Maybe after this is done you could hang out for a bit."
"You always did have the best plans," Katie giggled. As Kellie and Alt Katie now approached the girls Kellie grinned. While it would only be temporary she was once again reunited with Katie. Hopefully the two of them could now patch things up between the girls.
