Several months have passed and summer vacations have begun.
Marcus was saying goodbye to their parents and his little brother Theodore as he boarded the bus to his summer camp.
The camp was great. A lot of kids, places to go and things to do. It was Marcus' favorite time of the year.
He got along very well with almost everybody so he was confident it will be a great experience.
When the bus arrived. The kids were received by the camp director, Dennis, a young man no older than 30 that was his first time in that charge since his father said he was too old to be there this year.
Dennis said a brief speech. Nothing special but a little bit embarrassing. He used to be a lawyer not a babysitter.
After that, Marcus and his pals were assigned to their cabins. Marcus was happy because his cabin was the closest to the lake, although it was closest to the director's.
The rest of day wasn't very special. Marcus meet his cabin fellows who were occupied in their business that day, so after several hours he decided to wander around the forest near his cabin.
"What a day!" Marcus said while sitting on a rock. He was so relaxed that he almost fell asleep in there. It was an exhausting day after all. Several hours on the bus, packing and unpacking his stuff. Meeting a lot of new people and hearing that lame speech from the new director. "He's a fool. Hehe." Marcus smiled without knowing that someone was seeing him.
"Hi Marcus! Long time not see you!" Jeanie said as she came close to him.
"You! What are you doing here?!" Marcus yelled after remembering all that he lived with that woman if you could her like that.
"Me? I live around here." Jeanie said. "I was going to ask you the same."
"I'm in the summer camp." He replied as he pointed to the cabins not so far.
"Oh, that's why there are too many people." Jeanie said. "And for how long are you going to be around here?"
"I few months." Marcus said. "Are you still magical?"
"Yes. But don't worry. I've learned a lot about mankind in last months." Jeanie smiled. "I don't need to explore anymore."
" That's wonderful." Marcus smiled shyly after remembering all she did to him. "Oh well, I have to go back. It was nice to see you again. Bye!" He waved his hand and left. Jeanie just stayed there and smiled meanwhile.
"Oh Marcus." She said. "Thank God you're here. I was getting bored." She grinned as she vanished in the air like a Cheshire cat.
