While Homosexual anonymous was seen as a cure for homosexuality, much to Dr. Jones' annoyance, it was seemingly enough to place the latest bill to control Animalia into gridlock for the time being, much to the chagrin of the president.
The general idea was to have a matching member of the opposite sex of each species spend time with a member to help them open up to both the member, and the group as a whole. While it wasn't it's official name, Dr. Jones' idea was named "date therapy". There were also a number of events that were included in the H.A. classes that were also part of the Animalia Summer Events. One good example of this was Brawn and Snowflake. The other was Leo and Corona, the female king cobra who was uplifted during the Lyre Zoo outbreak.
There was also things like group workouts sponsored by Claw Coliseum. The fact that "peeping pests" were considered common helped the members of the H.A. classes open up.
As was often the case, at least with Brawn and Leo, that homosexuality had roots in their past. It also seemed to confirm, in Dr. Jones' mind, that the reason why homosexuals keep their orientation secret was due to popular media.
While H.A. classes were doing well so far, the fact that sixteen more new members had signed on seemed to justify Dr. Jones' need to get more therapists. Although Bunni Clair had RSVP'd her slot for after her doctorate was published, just two therapists wouldn't be enough, even if Bunni had to balance her dates with Rockwall, who was already showing to be a good father to Owen and be a great athlete for Claw Coliseum, with her online courses. But one thing that was definitely on hold until Bunni had "graduated" was Bunni and Rockwall's wedding.
