Andrea continued to rub her body, continuously doing so in an attempt to give herself warmth. She leaned against a nearby flower stalk, continuously rubbing her hands over her exposed breasts. Being cold was indeed a rather unsettling feeling for a fairy like her, a sensation that she had rarely, if ever, felt before. In her attempts to warm herself up, however, Andrea simply couldn't quite shake the feeling that something was off, and she had a feeling she already knew what the problem was.
But what? What kind of problem was occurring to her right now? She wasn't the type of fairy who could make premonitions, like some of the other fairies back at her village, Penelope and Roselia being the some of the names of such fairies that came to mind. And nor was she a fairy who practiced magic at all, being a fairy of a simple breed. In fact, normally, Andrea's instincts were quite poor.
Indeed they were poor instincts, Andrea could perfectly recall incidents where she either saw danger in something that was harmless, or saw none in something that definitely deserved for her to be wary of. Why then, did she feel so off all of a sudden?
Andrea wracked her head, rubbing her dainty fingers against her temples, gently thudding her head against the flower stalk she was currently leaning on. With that one thud, her predicament became horribly clear. Along with her 5,000 years worth of memories, another set of memories shot towards the center of her brain. Andrea began to remember another life, one not as long as the one she thought she had led up until now.
It was the life of a human boy, his name strikingly similar to her own. The memories from that life couldn't have been more than 11 years, but still felt oh so real. In an instant, Andrea, still Andrew on the inside, realized which life was which. She remembered the arcade center, and becoming this... fairy.
The voice that did this to him must've given him brand new memories, but to what purpose, Andrea couldn't possibly figure out. Still, it made her quite irritated that the voice had basically rewritten her life, and changed who she was on the inside.
"Oh, when I get my hands on that AI..." Andrea began to mutter to herself in a tone that would've shocked the other fairies. However, despite recovering her memories.... she still felt cold.
