The next morning, Patrick woke his big sister up. "Lu-Lu, wake up, it's done it's done!" Patrick giggled in a classic Mickey Mouse voice. "What is?" Lu-Lu groaned, still mostly asleep, but who could blame her. It wasn't even sunrise.
"My changes into a clown, come on, we gotta go to ClownTown!" Patrick laughed. Lu-Lu looked at her clown clock. She couldn't help but giggle. Lu-Lu had been the same way when she finished her change. "Okie dokie artichokie, I'm getting up." She said.
Luckily for them, Clown Town was a 24 hour shopping center.
They arrived at Clown Town. First stop, the Clown registration office so Patrick could receive his new clown name. His parents had filed the paper work to approve it, so all they had to do was choose a name.
There was a funny looking clown office worker with a yellow and black striped beehive hair style. She had a big yellow now's, black eyes and smelled like sweet honey.
"Heidi Ho kiddo, I'm Miss Bee-bee." She said. "Your really silly Ms. Bee-bee, and you smell like honey." Patrick said.
"Aww, well aren't you just as sweet as cotton candy." She said, planting a big kiss on his forehead. " So I take it your here to get a new, silly clown name?" Ms. Bee-bee asked. "Yes Ma'am, my name is Patrick, but I want to be known as Patches D. Clown!" He giggled, honking Ms. Bee-bee's nose which made both of them laugh. "Arighty Tighty, everything is D-O-N-E, done!" She said. Patrick did a cartwheel with joy as his sister took the paper work.
The next stop was the little clown's clothing and shoe store. Patches wanted a jumpsuit with a multicolored patches, to fit with his name. He found one with decorative friles around the neck, sleeve cuffs and foot cuffs as well as a big green bow tie, a matching pair of green shoes, gloves along with a Gag bag fit for a cartoon clown.
"Lu-Lu, this one!" Patches said, grabbing it. Lu-Lu nodded her approval and Patches made a beeline for the dressing room.
He came out looking like a true clown. Lu-Lu pulled him into a hug. "Oh Patches, you look absolutely adorable and ridiculous!" She squealed happily as she pushed her nose up against his, causing them both to honk. This made the store burst out laughing.
