Patrick woke up the second morning after his doctor's visit to see his feet poking through the end of his bedcovers. They were now three times as long with his toes about six inches wide. They were now as pale as the rest of his skin. Well-not quite white but getting there. Patrick wiggled his toes, and giggled at how silly his feet now looked.
Eager to see what else had changed Patrick tossed aside the bedcovers and looked down at his arms and hands. Nothing much different about them except like his feet they were now nearly white as well.
Last week the mirror in Patrick's room had broken and his parents hadn't got around to replacing it. So, after getting out of bed and taking a few seconds to get used to his new feet, Patrick waddled out to the bathroom.
Looking at his reflection in the bathroom mirror Patrick gasped at how much like a clown he already looked. His eyebrows were already gone, and high on his forehead he could see faint black arches. His lips were now red as of he were wearing lipstick and he could see the beginning of red blush on his cheeks.
The biggest changes, however, were Patrick's nose and hair. The former was now a bright red and just beginning to plump up; it felt almost rubbery when he touched it.
Patricks hair was now a Rainbow colored Afro.
"Looking good, lil' bro." Patrick turned and saw Lu-Lu standing in the doorway. She poked her brother in the nose. It didn't honk but he felt a tingling sensation when she touched him. "Soon you'll have fine looking honker like mine here."
She tossled her brother's Rainbow Afro hair, and got a mischievous twinkle in her eye. "Want to look even more like more like a clown?"
"Yes yes!" Patrick said eagerly, his voice high like Mickey Mouse-then found himself in Lu-Lu's arms as she picked him up and hugged him close, with Patrick's body making a Speaking noise. This made both of them break out in laughter.
Lu-Lu kissed her brother's forehead. "Tomorrow I'll take you to Clown Town for a new wardrobe. Oh we'll have oodles and oodles of fun and funny fun!"
