"Perfect" Jeff thought "A dog". The details of his sister in the corner of his eyes changed. Her species was now listed as dog. "It changed! So, I can change whoever I want with my thoughts? Oh wow. Let's get the details finished on Rosie first before I do anything" Jeff thought. Jeff focused on the list of details in the corners of his eye. Below the Target Name and the Species name, Jeff saw the Percentage Ratio. "Percentage? Uhh..." Jeff thought, unsure what percentage he should make his annoying sister become a dog "Uhh...I guess 70%?" The percentage ratio turned from 0% to 70% in a manner of seconds. Below that was the morphing duration. Jeff immediately wanted this change to happen very, very quickly. "30 seconds" he thought "30 seconds". The duration went from it's usual amount of time, 5 minutes, and went down to 30 seconds. Jeff made sure that it was pleasurable for Rosie, he didn't want to hurt her while changing her. He also wanted to alter reality, making sure that Rosie was always a dog... person, and never have her notice. As soon as all the new details were filled, the screen in his eye popped up, saying:

Jeff raised his spiral-marked hand, making sure it was pointed at Rosie, took a deep breath and looked back at Rosie.
"Transform".
As soon as he said the word, he lowered his hand, as he watched Rosie's ears become pointed, stretching to an inhuman length and moving towards the top of her head. Her skin was sprout hair around her whole body, becoming thicker and thicker, turning itself into fur. Her spine extended, stretching the skin around it before it was covered in blonde, golden fur. Her hands and feet started pushing out pads on her fingers, palms and toes. Her nails sharpened, turning a chalk-like black. Her feet stretched out, breaking her sandals to pieces, her heel lifting upwards on her fur covered legs. Her nose darkened, turning wet, her upper lip lifting up and splitting in the centre, connecting to the nose. Her jaw pushed forward, creating a normal dog muzzle. Her thumbs shortened, almost sinking into the skin, but having enough to grip onto things.
The transformation was complete. Rosie was now an anthro golden retriever. As soon as the transformation was complete, her eyes went back to being unglazed. Jeff looked in panic, afraid that Rosie would know that she had changed. Rosie just looked at Jeff, eyeing him down, ready...

Jeff fell as Rosie jumped on him. Jeff was now on the floor, with Rosie on top of him, still unsure what she was going to do to him. Rosie leaned in, pushing her muzzle on his nose, and starting to lick him playfully. Jeff was in shock at the pounce that he really didn't react to the licking. He noticed that Rosie's tongue was much like a dog's tongue, it was long which perfectly fit in her muzzled mouth. He tried to escape from Rosie's licks, but from where Rosie was above him, her paws was blocked any chance that he could escape.
"Good afternoon, master!" excitedly welcomed Rosie "Can we go for a walk? Can we play with the Frisbee? Can we? Can we? Can we?".
Jeff was stunned. "M-master?"
"Yes, you are my master! Can we go to the park? Please?" Rosie whined, desperately wanting to go somewhere with her master.
Jeff didn't know what to say. He guessed that putting the scale up to 70% made her completely forget that she was his sister, or it could have been the reality alteration that could have changed her mind to that of a domesticated dog. He didn't know. He was scared to see what has happened to reality. His new reality.
