Jeff's mother enters the room. Thankfully for Jeff, she was the same person, not a single change about her. "Come on, Jeff, she's been waiting and moping for you to wake up and take her for a walk". Jeff look back at Rosie, his sister was begging to go outside and explore. Jeff desperately wants to explain what has happened to Rosie, but is cut off by his mother "Oh, and don't forget to put a leed on her, I don't want her to run off again". His mother dropped the leed on the floor by Jeff, as he saw his mother walk away from the bedroom and went back downstairs. He turned back to Rosie, she was panting excitedly, waiting to hear that she was going to go for a walk. He sighed "Alright, we ca-" Rosie jumped off Jeff and clapped her paws "Yay!". As awful as it felt to him, he grabbed the leed and looked back at Rosie. Rosie was eagerly waiting, her tail swaying from side to side in pure joy. Jeff noticed that the Chronivac had now added a light pink collar around her neck. He walked near Rosie, attached the leed to her collar and walked down stairs with Rosie following him on two legs. As soon as they reached the door, Rosie jogged in front of Jeff, walking to the park with Jeff holding tightly onto her collar.
Jeff was astonished as he walked down the park with his former sister. As he walked, he saw that all dogs were almost exactly like Rosie, they were obedient and playful, like they were before, but they also were both treated as pets and individuals. Sure, they decided to show off more of their dog-like traits, but they still performed human tasks like they were human. Rosie was so excited to be in the park, panting and smiling away at all the happy dogs and people that were smiling at her. The only one who wasn't smiling was her master. She did not feel happy about that. Suddenly...
