"Jeff, you have to do the dishes again!" Rosie yelled by the kitchen. Jeff knew who he could test his file on, his sister. "Come get me then!" Jeff yelled, knowing that it would annoy Rosie enough that she would bolt upstairs to yell at him. This was his chance, this was the moment that he could test this file out on someone. Jeff looked back at the Chronivac, his sister's details already loaded on the screen. As soon as he pressed enter, his sister barged through his door.
"Look, YOU are supposed to be doing the dishes tonight, not me! So, go down-ack. Ow. My back is killing me!" Rosie stopped mid-sentence. For some reason, her back did not like the way it was standing, which was strange because she had perfect posture.
"You alright, sis?" Jeff said, smugly.
"I-it's just my back. Hold on, maybe if I..." Rosie said, shifting her position. Her back seemed to be pushing her forward onto the ground. For Rosie, it was the only way for her back to not be in pain. She moved closer to the ground, putting both her hands on the floor. This made her feel so much better, like it was the right thing to do.
"Oh, much better!"
Jeff couldn't help but try to hold his laughter in. Rosie did take notice of this. "HEY! It's still your turn to do the dishes tonight, so go out there and clean THEM! I'm going to get a salad".
This was perfect. Jeff's sister had already gone through phase one of the mental change. Maybe he should speed up the process, or better yet, make everyone believe that she's always been like this...
