Toby looked at his last two cards and played them. First, putting down one, he said: "I'll play this one on Bob." Bob, fearing for the worst, looked down.
"'CURSE: Immobility. When played on a victim, the victim shall lose all speed and agility. The victim will not be able to move his or her token at all.' Well, at least I'm not melting like the last time." Bob looked at the picture, which showed a person in pain, trying to reach towards a key, in the middle of a forest. At least, that was what it looked like: the picture was very dark and hard to make out.
Bob felt his legs fuse together. Lissi landed on the ground at once to see, and shouted: "Looks like his legs are stuck together. That will really slow him down!"
As Bob's legs crushed together into an almost-cylindrical shape, large lumps appeared in them where his veins were. Bob stuck his arms out to the side to keep balance. The skin on his legs turned dry and flaky, but kept on thickening. Bob screamed as he realised that his legs were turning into the trunk of a tree!
Like always, the game did not stop him from feeling in his transformed body parts, and he could feel what once was his toes burrowing into the ground as roots. The wood kept growing, past his waist, and stopped halfway up his chest. Parts of his shoulders and arms stiffened, and Bob found that he could not move his arms at the shoulders. A single branch protruded from his trunk, where his penis would have been normally. Just to get a reaction, Lissi flew up and landed gracefully on the branch, her feet gripping it hard.
"Lissi! Please!" said Bob. "You're gripping my dick! It's disturbing me."
Lissi did nothing.
Bob sighed.
Toby put down his other card. "Mary, you were being a real bitch while that curse was on me," he said. "Let me see how you like it."
Dina sprinted a metre across the table and read it out: "'BODY/MIND: Tame Fox. When this card is played on a person, that person partially turns into a fox exactly the size of a human, still able to speak and think. The person becomes very fast (a speed of 9). However, being tame, the person obeys the instructions of whoever plays the card.' Mary, Toby certainly is going to have revenge here."
Mary looked at Toby and saw the devilish expression on his face. She cringed, and the changes started. A thick tail forced itself out of her back, and her legs started to shift shape, causing her to fall on the ground hands first. Her body sprouted long fine hairs all over, blond like her hair. Her hands shifted to a more paw like appearance, with claws, but she was still just able to move her fingers and hold things. Her ears grew pointed like those of a fox, and her face shifted and grew fur until it looked fox-like, though not completely.
"At least I can still talk," commented Mary, as the changes stopped, leaving her as a half-fox half-woman creature.
Toby said, "Well, now I'm the one in the control here. After all, you're a tame fox, like it or not. Now, stick Bob's branch into your vagina."
"Toby, what did I do to deserve this?" cried Mary as she moved towards Bob, who was looking at her with wide eyes.
"Nothing," said Toby, "Just testing to see if you are doing what I tell you to." Mary screamed as her fox like body was penetrated by a bent stick of wood. "Please, stop it!" she yelled, and Toby decided that she didn't deserve anything that bad.
"If you insist, Mary, get off Bob," he said. Mary breathed a sigh of relief.
"But," said Toby, "I'm going to need a ride. So let me sit on you. Oh, and feel aroused whenever I touch your ears. You are going to be sorry you did anything to me."
"You're sick, Toby, you know that?" said Mary as she moved over to Toby's seat. Toby sat down on her back and rolled the dice. It said 6, but he was on Mary, so his token could move up to 54 spaces. He only needed to move 22 to reach Bob's token. As his and Mary's token moved, Toby reached down and stroked Mary's fox ears. Mary shivered in disgust as she felt endorphins coursing through her body. "Pleasel, Toaaaaa... Toby, stop thiss... I'm soooooh sorry... aah..."
Toby did not stop, but smiled to himself as he caused great humiliation to Mary. Toby and Mary had always been arguing with each other. But Doubletrans brought this to a new level. Bob noticed that the display on the board had changed.
"You have found your team mate Bob, but you cannot win until he is free from the ground." Having no intention of doing that, Toby handed the dice to Lissi.
