Rick thought that there was no change. In the photo now was still Emily as a 2 yr old.

He then noticed something about Emily in the photo. Her eyes didnt look right, they looked fake and the skin looked plastic. Closer examination revealed the photo was of a baby doll. Rick put down the photo and saw Emily was no motionless and completely a plastic doll.
Oh my god Emily! said Rick rushing over to his girlfriend
He lifted the doll up and like normal baby dolls it had a trigger that made it talk.
"Mama!" said Emily when Rick triggered it
Rick tried to figure things out but the only thing he could do was get her to say 3 other words and phrases "Tuwn me back" "Owde" and baby cries
At least you look happy joked Rick noticing the doll had a smile
If Emily could actually talk she'd be cursing him for making such a joke.
