You stand dazed as the ray hit you. It quickly faded and you see some police officers and museum workers rushing towards you. "Sir, are you alright?" The officer asks. "Yeah, I feel alright. Just weird." You reply, a strange warmth spreading from the spot where the ray hit you. "Do you feel any side effexts? Like dizziness or fatigue?" The scientist looking person asks.
You, wanting to go home quicker said you felt fine and that you should get going.
However, only being 15 meant that you had to catch the bus home. You paid for the ticket and waited. As you waited you felt the warmth turn into a tingle. All of a sudden, your feet felt sore in your shoes. You groaned, switching from the heel to the balls of your feet to try and ease the pain. Before you could pull your shoe off to see what was going on, your bus arrived.
You quickly got on, wanting to be home as soon as possible.
