Jake's mum sees him laying on the floor and sighs. "Luke. Come get that damned figure out of her," she shouts. A few seconds pass and Luke walks in and over to Jake. Luke picks Jake up and holds him. His mum then says, "You know I hate that thing. It's just too accurate and human like."
"Maybe," replies Luke, "But that's what makes it so different."
"Okay. Just don't leave it around or I'm taking it out of this house. It's creepy,"
"Okay," replies Luke as he walks out with Jake in his hand.
Jake can't believe it. That camera had also altered reality. As far as anyone is concerned, he's nothing more than an action figure.
Luke enters his room. It's a complete mess with old soft drink cans and food laying scattered throughout. It's an absolute pig sty. So bad that his parents have given up. Now Jake is going to spend most of his time in it. Luke walks over to a plastic case on the bookshelf. He then puts Jake on a stand inside the case and closes the door. Jake sighs, completely helpless, in a messy room, in a case.
