Jeff swiveled back to his computer and absentmindedly noticing 87% done and swiveled back to his dad... "Oh its a project for web design and computer programming merged together to complete both projects at once," he lied convincingly. It was at that moment that his computer beeped and created a popup, his father sneezed on him, and Jeff realized he accidentally triggered a transformation which just completed.
"Sorry champ," dad said wiping his nose. "It looks like you're being productive on things... I'll let you focus." Dad smiled warmly and stepped out of the room after ruffling Jeff's hair and giving him a gentle squeeze on the shoulder.
Jeff can't relate to his dad, but he loves getting his affection. Jeff tries but Dads response seems random and Jeff just doesn't know or understand when something he does will be rewarded, punished, or ignored.
As his dad left, Jeff wiped his dads spittle off his face, turned and wiped it off the computer monitor too, then looked to see what change he accidentally triggered...
