... the other baby grabbed it! Jake gasped as he fell back onto his diapered butt. He looked through the bars and saw his current twin brother, former father, mindlessly play with the camera. Jake held back tears as he realized how screwed he was. He glanced over at a mirror and saw a cute ginger headed baby girl looking upset. He'd be stuck like this unless he got his dad, who was totally unaware of his old life, to take a picture of Jake.
Jake tried his best to wave and gurgle but it was no use. Rob seemed entirely focused on the camera he now held. Jake kept crawling around his crib, trying to be in front of the camera if it went off. That's when he heard footsteps as Jake's "mother", former brother Luke, Lucy walk back in. She looked over at Rob and frowned, clearly annoyed one of her babies managed to grab it again.
There was nothing Jake could do as he watched Lucy walk over. He could no longer see the camera as he heard Lucy speak.
"Now Robby, how did- *flash* -you manage to figure it out yet Roberta?" Lucy said, suddenly shifting mid sentence.
Jake looked over and no longer saw a baby boy in a crib. There was no longer a second crib, and standing on that side of the room was a woman. She resembled a feminine version of Jake's dad. She had a similar, but softer, face. Her brown hair was flowing past her shoulders. She had a nice pair of tits held in a business blouse and was wearing a business skirt containing a decent ass with some fine legs. Jake wondered how he could even tell if it was hot as he no longer had a libido but he didn't question his mind being in tact.
What mattered was that his father was no longer a baby boy, but an adult woman. She looked frustrated at the camera and handed it to Lucy.
"Sorry sis." The new woman said. "I just don't know where it came from, and It just won't work!" She said.
Jake realized two things. He figured reality had changed so that his dad was now the sister of "Lucy" and that when someone unaware changes themself, they forget doing so. Jake needed to focus on making a plan to get out of his current form. If he could just get at least older, then maybe he'd have a shot at fixing things. He didn't like his family that much but that doesn't mean he'd leave them stranded, especially not Lizzy who was only a brand of diapers now.
As the two women chawed, Jake started to make a bit of noise. "Roberta" saw him and smiled, walking over to say hi.
"Aww. How's my favorite niece doing? You good baby girl?" She asked, as she picked Jake up.
Jake tried to point to the camera but "Lucy" was already messing with it.
