in defeat, Colin sat down on the deck, pulling one knee close to his chest.
"I'm never gonna grow back." he muttered. he felt a short sob catch in his throat. "I can't imagine what everything will be if anyone finds out. I'll lose my job, and be a permanent freakshow for the rest of my life."
