Gloria looked on in horror as she watched the suit of armor that was once her friend slowly begin to turn towards Mary Elise. She had already lost a friend and if Sasha attacked, chances were they would lose another in the group. Despite Mary Elise’s magic Gloria feared the combined power of Sasha and Morgan would destroy her aunts friend.
“Sasha,” she cried. “You have to fight this. Please, I know your still in there.”
Gloria watched as the suit of armor seemed to shutter slightly even though it still was advancing on the auburn haired woman. “Sasha you stronger than her,” Gloria called. “Your the strongest person I know. The girl I know would never do anything to hurt her friends. Please Sasha, we need you.”
Although Sasha could not answer she could hear her friend calling her name. Silently Sasha screamed as she felt Morgan LeFay manipulate her transformed body. It felt wrong, she felt violated, still she could try to exert some control. “Sasha Sampson your stronger that’s her,” she thought. “Your friends need you. Now turn on this bitch and fight for everything your worth.”
Morgan stared in befuddlement as the suit of armor now began to turn in her direction. As she was about to say something she saw it raise its ring and aim it at her. “You’ve got to be kidding me,” Morgan moaned as Sasha’s ring flashed.
The blast from the Ring of Transformationhad no effect on Morgan LeFay But, That was Not it’s intention. The ring had freed Sasha from Morgan’s control and pushed the sorceress back. Groaning in frustration the sorceress now stared at the group of women standing before her. “Your friend must truely have a strong will to release herself from my control,” she said. Looking down at her feet she could see Sasha had animated the ground around her, causing hands to form from the pavement, which now grasped her ankles.
“Cute,” she huffed as she kicked herself free. “But a fruitless effort.”
Gloria sprinted towards the Sasha armor, placing a tight hug around the cold steel. “You did it,” she cried, a tear rolling down her cheek. Although Sasha could show no emotion, she tried to comfort her friend by placing a stiff, cold arm around her friend. Gloria wiped her eyes as she stared at the empty suit of armor. “Don’t worry Sasha we’ll figure out a way to change you back.”
“Gloria,” Katie called as she and her mother now tried to prepare a spell. “Listen carefully, call everyone we know and I mean EVERYONE. We’re going to need all the help me can get if we’re going to get out of this.”
“Okay Katie I’ll call your friends,” Gloria stated. Katie shook her head as she now pleadingly looked at little sister. “No Gloria everyone,” she screamed. “Not just my friends, yours too and our families. Bring the Harris family, the Tozawas, Mom, dad, Merlin, Ann, my moms friends. Everyone, we’re going to have to combine all of our power to drive her off. If we don’t Sasha won’t be the last one to be transformed and the next one will probably be a lot worse.”
Gloria nodded, while she didn’t quite understand why she would do as her sister said. “Just get clear,” Katie’s called. “We’ll cover you.”
As Gloria now tried to sprint away, Morgan saw her. “Where do you think your going,” she called as she cast a spell. Gloria froze with fear as she saw the blast of magical energy race towards her. Shutting her eyes and fearing the worst she was shocked to see the suit of armor step between her and the blast, knocking it out of the way. Morgan yelled infrustration as the Sasha armor now stood between her and Gloria. Sasha now pointed at Gloria, seeming to indicate she should run while it turned back to face the sorceress.
“You know I’m getting really tired of this,” Morgan said, clearly frustrated.
Gloria ran as fast as she could as she listened to the sounds of battle behind her, hopefully she could now bring everyone together and banish Morgan once and for all.
