Tony had a pail completion with rather long blond hair for a boy. It gave him quite the feminine look. A very fetching look. But Max thought he ought to have more contrast. The surgeons coated every inch of Tony's crotchless, armless body with a special cream that would make his body as smooth and white as porcine. It would also make him immune to any sunburns, which would be important seeing as Tony would primarily be an outdoor animal from now on.
For Tony's hair, they treated his scalp itself. Tony's long hair rapidly turned a chestnut brown, like his eyes were. It would stand out against his delicate complection. The sharp contrast also helped to highlight Tony's complete and utter lack of bodyhair.
The sides of Tony's head were shaved really short, but leaving a tiny bit of fuzz that was very pleasent to stroke. Max would shave the sides of Tony's head weekly himself to keep that nice main just the way he liked. Tony's pretty mohawk draped long and beautiful down one side of his head, begging to be combed or curled or woven with flowers in it. Despite having long hair for a boy, Tony had never liked being treated like a girl in any way. Not even having anyone touch his hair or making him look pretty. Max was going to have fun making his former brother blush like a maiden. Not that he'd remain a maiden for long.
Next, Tony got both his nipples pierced. They'd be great to pull Tony around by to motivate him for his training. Not that the drugs in his food would allow him to build up any strength, but his endures could improve.
