Jacob heard subdued laughter through the fog of mutual pheromones hanging like a cloying cloud over his and Rede Flye's body. He vaguely became aware that his old human self had been watching them.
"Ignore it," Rede Flye whispered to Coccinelle. He clung tightly to the carapace of his mate, his every move sending waves of intense pleasure through Jacob's new insect form.
"Yes, enjoy yourself," the new Jacob spoke as he peered down at the two little bugs clinging to each other atop one of the garden plant's broad leaves. Human eyes fastened on the meshing of tiny insect parts in a desperate clutching that looked like it could endure for hours.
An enormous finger reached out of the sky and poked at Rede Flye, who squirmed beneath the intrusion but remained steadfast with his chosen mate.
"I could just squish you tiny bugs and let you both expire in a state of utter bliss," new Jacob told them and slightly increased the weight borne down by his oppressive fingertip.
Coccinelle/Jacob heard the cruel threat, but the emotions and sensations of his first sexual experience would not lessen their grip on his mind long enough for him to worry or respond.
Perhaps fearing the inevitable, Rede Flye continued to make the most of his time connected with the lovely lady Coccinelle.
The "new" Jacob removed his fingertip. "I don't want to squish you," he decided. "Besides, you'll soon be too busy laying your eggs to bother me."
Jacob/Coccinelle, who should have been dismayed at the prospect, didn't so much as blink. Well, with his new eyes, he might not have blinked anyway. He knew he should simply spread his wings and try to fly away home.
But he couldn't leave those amazing sensations even if it meant he might never regain the Toroid of Transformation and his former body.
"Oh someone help me," he thought and moaned.
