Jacki wiped Rufus' drool off of the camera. She scrutinized it a moment, as if to make sure the dog hadn't damaged it. Then she glanced over at her daughter Emily and smiled. "Awww, baby girl, you look so cuuuute~" she cooed, walking over to her. She raised the camera. "Smile~"
Emily felt that same sickening wave of vertigo pass over her. When she opened her eyes again, she found herself lying on her back on a large bed, likely Jacki's bed in the master bedroom. For some strange reason, she could no longer move. Panic washed over her. Had she regressed even further? Was she a newborn? Why couldn't she make any noise?
From the corner of her eye she saw Jacki enter the room, closing the door behind her. The 30-something-year-old stripped off her shirt and tossed it aside, where it landed partway atop Emily. Her vision was obscured by the soft, blue fabric. It smelled heavily of perfume and of Jacki. Even with her vision blocked, she could make out Jacki getting naked as she approached the bathroom. The door closed and Emily heard running water start. Steam curled upward from under the door.
What the hell was going on? Jacki was still a woman, that much was certain...but what had Emily become?? She stewed in her own worry for a bit until the shower stopped.
