The large black and white splotched cow stared in the mirror, it’s eyes wide and mouth hanging open. It rumbled and in a deep but feminine voice blurring muttered, “Anna...please tell me that’s not me...”
The cow...no, it’s Joe, I have to think of her as Joe...look so forlorn and unhappy that Anna stepped over and patted its long neck. “Joe, baby, I’m so sorry...this whole thing is my fault. I’ll get the owner and see what we can do, now...”
Anna turned and was about to head out to the store when the shop owner came in. He stared at the situation and shook his head. “On, my, my, my....you should never mix Magicks like that. The result might not be something you don’t want.”
“I certainly didn’t want this!” Joe rumbled. “I’m a freaking animal! I came in looking like someone’s twisted fantasy, but now I’m a dumb cow!”
“Calm down...it’s a big mess, I know, but I’ll see what we can do. Unfortunately...it’ll take some time. And unless you have some land, you’re going to need to figure out what to do. You’ll need food, grass and daily milking...at least daily...”
The owner flipped through a pad of papers on his desk. “I actually have some potential solutions...”
