Melody smiled a little, the easiest choice was probably the best, Rachel had always loved Unicorns and had always wanted to be a Unicorn she knew the magic well enough to give the young woman what she wanted. She made sure she was alone and teleported away to the small house where Rachel called home.
She let the illusion vanish from around her to reveal her beautiful Unicorn form. She looked around before spotting Rachel who was brushing her horse. Melody trotted over to Rachel as the stallion let out a nicker as he looked up at Melody with a smile. Rachel was a tall young woman with short red hair and slight freckles.
"Hey Melody, what's up?" She asked.
"I'd like to offer something to you," Melody said with a soft smile as Rachel finished what she was doing and walked over to the Unicorn mare. "You've talked about wishing you were a Unicorn in the past, right?"
"Of course," Rachel said with a smile as she stroked Melody's mane a little bit. "Such beauty and elegance... I would give anything to be able to become a Unicorn. Why do you ask?"
"I can make your wish a reality," Melody said as she nuzzled Rachel gently. She had always felt closest to Rachel out of all of her friends if she was a Unicorn she may even feel love for her. "It's powerful magic, and I can use it on anyone. I only recently learned it because we need more Unicorns. I felt that you would be the best one to offer it to first."
"Really? You can do that?" Rachel asked as she blinked in surprise for a moment. "No strings attached or anything?"
"No catches, you will just become the first member of my herd," Melody answered. "I can teach you illusion magic so you can still appear in human form. What do you say?"
