Circe's lament

added 4 years ago O

Kellie left her friends to their fun and games, if they wanted to be weird and turn themselves into animal people, Kellie wouldn't meddle, but that didn't mean she had to take part in it.

Meanwhile for Circe, the message from Lilith was crystal clear: Lilith had shown the gap in power between them, and family ties with Jack would not protect Circe, nor her worshippers. As a Greek-Roman goddess, Circe wasn't one to feel empathy for mortals as a whole, but even she shivered at how all sides involved treated her children as cattle.

Circe hadn't truly expected protection from the Olympians, but it was a bitter reminder of how little they care for her.

"Uh... what about me?" Asked the demon fox head, feeling awkward.

Baba Yaga picked up the glass globe. "You and I are going to have many interesting times together."

"Oh dear."

"What about me?" Vixi's soul asked.

"We might be able to force the demon to stand in your life as you would live it, or we'll have to simply tell your family what has been done to you. I might be able to make you my child the old fashioned way if all other options fail."
