A series of bright meteors blasted across the sky in October 2022. One landed a mile from my house. Each meteorite was originally the size of a baseball but after an hour of levitating off the ground they displayed a message about why they were intervening on our(their?) behalf.

We offer you this simple choice. Obey the design mechanisms in the following payload or face destruction so the bet can be refunded. The meteor ships then transformed into arch-gateway structures with the list of implementations in holographic form. Some governments such as Tunisia and Bolivia initially ignored these ideas and destroyed of their arches. Two days after these events gigantic meteors destroyed Tunis and La Paz killing over 4 million people. The world got its messages and started carrying out the orders.
