"Hmm, fascinating" a wicked smile played on Morag's lips as she waved a hand curiously over the frog Nicola had left her with "It's been a long time since I've seen a spell like this. You aren't from this world are you?"
"No" James admitted cautiously, not wanting to give any more than that away. The witch cackled with delight.
"And neither is our Princess, right?" Morag laughed, seemingly not requiring an answer"Oh, this is truly a stroke of great fortune"
"Can you reverse the spell?" James asked hopefully.
"Of course" the witch huffed as if slighted by the question "but I need you to do something for me first"
"Wouldn't it be easier for me to do it as a human?"
"Probably, but sadly that isn't an option" Morag explained "In this reality you are a frog, it is your natural form. If I remove the spell you are under and make you human again I will also send you back to your own world, which is why I need your help before that happens."
"What do you need me to do?" James asked nervously.
"I need some time alone with the Princess. It doesn't have to be long. Convince her to let that happen and I promise to return you to your true form and home"
"What do you want with Nicola?" James feared it wouldn't be anything good.
"That's none of your concern, and I would remind you that your friend wasn't troubled to leave you alone with me" the witch replied "Either we have a deal or we don't. You are free to refuse me, though I doubt you will find anyone else here who can help you and I won't make this offer twice. I should also warn you that if you accept my deal and fail to deliver I will see to it that you remain a frog for the rest of your days, and not one that is able to communicate with humas. Now, do we have a deal?"
