James knew how important this decision was and that he didn't have long to make it. Could he really trust Morag? He certainly wanted to, he didn't have any other options at this stage. But was he prepared to betray his friend to help himself?

This was all her fault too - she had broken Meredith's property and insulted her and she had picked the costumes which had made herself royalty and James a lowly amphibian. Yet she was utterly remorseless, seemingly only concerned with basking in the material rewards of her selfish and reckless behaviour. He doubted the costume had changed her personality, this was just what she was like. He could see it now.
"Ok, we have a deal" James answered, knowing there was no going back once the words had been croaked.
