You know that if the cop finds Keith it will be a disaster. The cop begins to walk over to the truck that Keith is hiding behind. You panic, aim the keys at the cop, and press the button down hard.
A white flash blinds you and hits the cop where he is standing. You look down to where the cop was. Where he was standing is a German Shepherd wearing a police K-9 unit vest. You move towards him and he looks towards you. He then looks up and down, examining his new body, then looking around to his back to see a furry tail behind him.
He barks at you in an attempt to communicate, and he realizes his voice is now a series of barks. You’re almost just as surprised as he is with the outcome of the keys. “Uhh sorry officer, I can fix this.” He tilts his head in confusion with his ears perked. Hopefully he can understand you. “Just don’t panic please”
Just as you say that Keith peers his head out from behind the truck. The German Shepherd turn around to see a lion feet behind him. He yelps and bolts away from the lion. He runs behind your legs and hides behind you. You can feel his body shaking. “Don’t worry boy, this is my friend. He won’t hurt you.” You put your hand on the dogs head to calm him.
Keith walks over slowly his with his head held down, if you didn’t know it was Keith, it would’ve been a really intimidating sight. “We should get behind the truck again, we don’t want anyone to see us” you say. You get Keith behind the truck with you. You realize the cop didn’t follow. “It okay boy, he won’t hurt you.” You gesture for the dog to come over and he walks over slowly, his tail tucked between his legs. Now that you’re behind the truck you can begin to figure this out.
