Sam was in shock. How could he and Warren not have been the best of friends in even a single reality? He knew he couldn't go on without Warren by his side, and he was willing to do whatever it took to get his friend back.
Of course, it seemed pretty simple. Sam typed, "I wish Warren was my best friend." But as the wish began to load, he wondered how it would be fulfilled. He quickly also wished for knowledge of the effects of the previous wish before he approached Warren again.
Sam flipped through his memories. He had not changed this time, to which he breathed a sigh of relief. But then he saw more. Warren was completely different. Physically, he was now 6'6 and 285 pounds, outdoing Sam, who was 6'4" and 245 pounds now. He was also incredibly sexy, with stylish black hair and a rugged, chiseled face.
But Warren was also different mentally. He was a jerk now, flaunting his body and mocking the small and weak and plain. He wasn't the same person that Sam remembered.
