Marin slowly backed away as Sammy began to grit her teeth.
He slid down the ladder and backed into someone else with a bump.
"AHHHHHH!" two shrieks rang out.
"Oh, mon amie... it is only you." Marin sighed.
"Hi Marin, any luck finding Colin and Lucas?" Chris asked.
"That is vwat I vwant to talk about..." Marin said, taking Chris by the arm.
The two slipped in the master bedroom, Marin locking the door behind them.
"I suspect vwe may be dealing vwith ... how you say... supernatural forces." Marin said with great hesitation.
"What are you talking about?" Chris said.
"I think zis curse you talked about has claimed our friends." Marin whispered.
"That's insane, it's just an old story!" Chris whispered.
Marin proceeded to spill everything: Peaches' real name, the phones, Sammy claiming to have broken up with Jazz.
"If you're helping Lucas prank us, it's not funny!" Chris huffed.
"Don't believe me? See for yourself!" Marin said as he dumped the bag of phones out on the bed.
"Okay, Colin and Lucas' phones are here, but that doesn't... wait, who's phone is this?" asked the redhead.
He pulled out an Iphone with a strange symbol on it.
"Since when did you guys watch Legend of Korra?" Chris asked.
"Legend of who?" Marin asked.
Suddenly the phone began to ring.
"Your phone's in there, sugah." Peaches said as Marin stuffed the other phones in the bag.
Chris scrambled over to the door and unlocked it right as the handle turned.
He was flung to the floor as it swung open.
"You okay there?" a tomboyish voice asked as Chris was pulled up from the floor.
His face flushed red as he stammered, "Y-Y-Yes."
The girl before him was as tall as James, her icy blue eyes framed by her short brunette hair.
Her arms and legs were built solid, her skin a dark tan.
She wore a sleeveless blue shirt that hugged her C-cup bust and abs with thighs as thick as tree trunks.
Although the fur skirt seemed weird to have considering winter was months away.
"Can I have my phone back?" she asked.
Chris nodded and placed the phone in her hands.
She smirked, "You're kinda cute."
"Oh? Ohhhhhhhhhh, th-thank you..." Chris smiled.
"Jamie." she said casually.
Marin's blood ran cold as soon as he heard that name.
Chris was busy in lala land smiling dumbly while Marin shuffled through the bag frantically.
"Marin honey, are y'all alright?" Peaches asked.
"Oh fine, just look for my pack of gum."Marin smiled with a squeaky voice.
"Is your friend okay?" Jamie asked Chris.
"He's fine...." Chris said dreamily.
"Rrrrrrrrriiiiiiiight." Jamie said, "Anyway, I'm gonna go look for the clowns that tied me up."
"Have fu- wait, tied you up?" Chris asked, snapping out of it.
"Yeah, in that closet over there." Jamie pointed.
"Oh... o-okay..." Chris sheepishly said.
"And I'm gonna give'em a piece of my mind..." Jamie growled with a knuckle crack.
Chris gazed at her firm, full rear as she turned and charged down the stairs.
The two ran over and saw the empty chair with a loose rope around it and no sign of James.
"W-What do we do?" Chris asked.
"Vwe play it cool, and get downstairs." Marin whispered.
"What are you two doing?" Sammy asked.
The two shrieked and spun around.
"Ohhhh.... uhhhhhh..." Chris uttered with a frozen look of fear.
