Months passed, and with Luke and Risa's help she did heal. She wouldn't ever be exactly the same, but that's trauma for you, and in some ways she came out stronger. She even received a free +2 Wisdom for the experience. With the baby inside of her she had to be more careful about what missions she took, and always brought Luke along for good luck. It was fortunate that she was the type that could sit at the back and cast spells, or even stay out of the battle entirely and still be of use.
The Arch Mages gathered at Leonardo's castle, but to their horror the Eye was gone when they arrived. The investigation was ongoing, but so far no one knew what had become of it.
