“I don’t know Glo,” Jackie said cautiously. “Your talking about becoming kids being watched by a couple of demons.”
“If your worried about us you shouldn’t be,” Ayami stated. “Mia and Zack made us swear an oath to do no harm to you tonight. If we break that oath me and her will lose all our powers and be sent back to the netherworld.”
“Please Gloria,” Mia begged. “I just wanted to have some fun.” The teens looked at eachother, still concerned but willing to go along with Mia and Zack. The two 10 year olds had never given them reason to doubt them and they all had enjoyed their meeting with them in the other timeline over the summer. Sasha now stepped forward, narrowing her eyes at the teenage succubus. “You better not mess around Ayami,” she grumbled as the two stood eye to eye. “Just because we’re going to be kids doesn’t mean we won’t have our magic if something doesn’t seem right.” Ayami could only frown, sighing in acceptance. The last thing her and Rexie wanted to do was play nice with Gloria and her friends yet their wards had made them promise not to harm Gloria and the others. Whenever a demon made such an oath they were bound to its agreement. The only conciliation for Ayami is that she would find herself much taller than Sasha in only a moment.
Gloria now gazed at her friends, reaching a silent agreement before making her wish. Gloria and her friends now watched themselves anxiously as the magic washed over them. As they gazed at one another they could see their features begin to soften as they began to grow younger. Slowly but surely the t ens now began to creep backwards into childhood, losing height and their teenage curves. Ayami smirked as she watched Sasha now begin to shrink as she exited her teens and became a preteen of 12. “How you doing their short stuff,” the demon smirked.
Sasha grumbled a response as she watched her body undevelop. Gloria now placed a hand on her friend, giving her a small smile. “Don’t worry about her Sasha,” she said, her voice rising in pitch. “Remember were just going to have fun with Zack and Mia.” Sasha nodded as she glanced at herself and her friends. In only moments the former teens found themselves reduced to a group of 10 year olds. Gloria and the others now tried adjusting their overly large jeans and useless bras. “So um Mia,” Jackie asked. “What kind of costumes you have in mind here because we all kind of need a change of clothes.”
“I was thinking of a group theme,” Mia said excitedly. Turning towards her familiar the imp nodded. “Just like we practiced,” Rexie stated. Mia smirked as she now began to cast her spell, waving her hands at the girls. Gloria and the others watched as their clothing began to shift on their childish bodies. Gloria and the others could see their clothing shrink down, merging into a single piece of fabric. Gasping in delight the girls now admired their costumes. “Was kind of thinking of a princess theme,” Mia said happily.
Gloria admired her costume, seeing the witching had dressed her like Cinderella. As she gazed at Mia she could see the girl had decided to dress as Jasmine. “Wow these are beautiful,” Gloria said in awe. Mia thanked Gloria as the group now admired they outfits. Diane and Felicia were now dressed as Anna and Elsa from Frozen, while Felicia was dressed as Rapunzel. Sasha frowned as she looked her costume over. “I’m Snow White,” she whined.
“You don’t like it,” Mia said sadly. “No,” Sasha said quickly feeling slightly embarrassed. “No, it’s cute. I um..I just usually don’t wear dresses that’s all.” Sasha looked back at her appearance, sighing in acceptance. She may not like dresses but if the group was going dressed as princesses she would suck it up. Jackie now stepped forward, a look of confusion on her face. “So I’m dressed as Belle then from Beauty and the Beast,” she asked.
“Yeah,” Zack said happily as he stepped forward. “I kind of asked Mia to help me out. I was thinking of going as the Beast.” Jackie grinned as the young wolf beast stepped forward, taking a small bow. She had to admit that Zacks ‘costume’ certainly seemed authentic. “Okay Zack,” she chuckled. “Let’s go have some fun.” As the two 10 year olds now sprinted into the front yard Gloria could only grin. If she didn’t know any better she could swear Zack was crushing on Jackie.

Yuriko Harris paused as she gazed at the neighborhood she was so accustomed to. Despite being transported into the past, she couldn’t help but smile. Yuriko had many fond memories of growing up here, fondly remembering her mother and her friends taking her trick or treating here. As she scanned the sidewalks she couldn’t help but laugh as she saw Gloria and her friends race towards several houses. “Figures,” she chuckled. “Gloria always does have some fun around Halloween.” Looking a bit closer, the teens eyes went wide.
“Mia and Zack,” she whispered. “Oh my god. I didn’t realize they knew how to travel between the timelines when they were this young.” Yuriko was well aware of the witch and wolf beast. In her time the two were allies, even friends, despite the dark nature of their powers. Yuriko had even attended the couples wedding over the summer. A small frown now spread over the teens face as she now studied two sullen looking teens trailing behind the group of 10 year olds. “That means that must be Ayami and Rexie,” she grumbled. Yuriko sighed, the imp and succubus were trouble. “So much for trying to talk with Gloria and the others,” she groaned. Yuriko now began trailing behind the group, trying to make sure they would have a safe Halloween.
