"I've got a solution," Ty said as the twins finished separating. "Hang back after practice and I'll meet up with you back in the locker room and explain. I'm sure you're gonna like what I come up with."
The Murdock twins agreed and rejoined their team out on the field. Ty watched Dalton and Thatcher run off, joking and laughing about their brief time being conjoined, hearing Dalton again say that "it was really weird, but cool," and Thatcher's response that "Ty was trying to help their team out so they should at least give it a try again after practice." Ty wasn't concerned. He knew they wouldn't like his solution if they knew what he planned, so he'd have to alter their minds, too. It was just a matter of choosing the right group to affect their next change.
Ty could select the intelligent nerds at school, like the smart geeks in Science Lab, or the band geeks who played at the football games, but they were already supporting the football team. Then there were the other jocks on the fake sport teams like tennis, golf, and fencing. And then there were the emo nerds. Plenty of emo cutters who could help out the football team, Ty chuckled. The goths were another option, although most of the goths were Juniors or Seniors, just like the stoners. But Ty wanted to use Freshman students instead. They were already outcasts at his school, and would likely jump at the chance to be a few years older, and suddenly be sporting more muscle.
Ty knew he'd even jump at that offer, too!
