"What did you do to us?" Dalton yelled again. He took a step toward Ty, thinking he could still walk like normal. However, that one step, made the twins loose balance. Their arms flailed about, trying to keep them on their feet, but they inevitably crashed onto the floor face first. Both Dalton and Thatcher groaned as they struggled to roll over, not working together at all. Or at least not realizing they had to work together.
Ty couldn't help to chuckle a little. It was just too funny watching a two-headed twins tussling with themselves. Taking a deep breathe, Ty managed to internalize his laughter. "Hold on guys" Ty said to them, trying to calm them down. They had finally flipped over onto their back, but couldn't coordinate enough to stand up. Ty grabbed them from their armpits, and heaved them up. Ty didn't think having them stand was the best idea, so he guided them to the nearest bench.
Sitting down and somewhat over the shock, the twins looked over and test their fused body. They found that they shared feeling from bellow the neck line, though not control. It appeared that control was split down their middle. Dalton had authority of the right side, and Thatcher had authority of the left side. After a few long minutes, Thatcher finally spoke up. "Why did you do?... How is this possible?"
"Well..." Ty started started from the beginning, explaining how he discovered his power, and some of the stuff he had recently done. "And... why I fused you guys... well I kind of already told you. I did want to experiment a little, and I figured that since you guys were already so close... why not try being... a little closer."
Thatcher and Dalton shared a glance, before Dalton said, "Okay... we get it, but it wasn't too cool of you to... to do this to us..." Dalton pointed to their body, "without explaining first. Though, I have to admit it is pretty cool. Weird, but cool."
Thatcher nodded his head in agreement. "Yeah, this is kind of interesting to be... like this. We used to imagine life like conjoined twins. Heck, when we were little we used to fit ourselves into our Dad's shirt and pants and walk around."
Ty frowned, "I'm feeling there is a but in there."
Thatcher frowned also, "Yeah... This may be fun to try, but look at us. We can't to anything like this." To make his point, the twins tried to stand up, but quickly lost balance and fell forward. Ty caught them before hitting the ground, and helped them back to the bench. "How are we supposed to go to practice if we can't even stand?"
"Plus, everyone else will defiantly notice our sudden closeness." Dalton added. "Can you change us back? We can try this afterwards."
Ty looked at the twins, analyzing the problem. Finally, an answer came to him.
