Noah could have left Heather at home with her grand-pa, but the school provided her own nursery and he figured he should let her go there at least once per week. It was a good opportunity for his daughter to socialize with kids her age, after all.
"Hello, Noah! I see Heather will stay with us today." Enthusiastically greeted Elaine Bakker, one of the caretakers in charges of the kids.
"Oh, I'm sure her grand-pa would have loved for her to stay home, but she does need friends her age." Looking more closely at Ms. Bakker and noticed what looked like the start of a baby-bump. "Speaking of little-ones, Elaine, it seem you're on your way to have one of your own."
"Oh, you noticed?"
"Don't worry, I wouldn't have if it hadn't be for my own motherhood." Turning to Heather, he added "Be nice and have fun sweetie, I will comeback for you after school."
Noah directed himself toward his homeroom, knowing his daughter will be safely looked upon wile having fun with her friends.
