When Ethan arrived at Scott's house with Luke and his friends, they walked in to find Scott emerge from the kitchen with a banana, and to find Kevin-Allan-Dean sitting on the couch, still fused into a three-headed teen.
"Hey guys!" Allan exclaimed. "What are you holding?"
"A bunch of Luke's new sweaters," Mark answered.
"You guys have heard of the 'Together Sweater' before, right?" Luke asked.
"Yeah, why?" replied Kevin.
The next few minutes centered around Ethan, Luke, Mark, Max, and Zack explaining to Kevin, Allan, Dean, and Scott about the sweater's backstory, how Luke got a bunch of them, and how they planned to use them to simulate conjoinment and fusion for the time being with Evan here--and eventually include Luke's cousin in their little secret.
"So, how should we try them out?" Dean asked. "I mean, who shares a sweater with whom, how many of us in one sweater, and how will our heads be arranged?"
"I think we can work that out," Luke replied, "but I'm not sure how I feel about us wearing these things together and having one head hole empty. You know what I mean?"
"I get it, son," said Ethan. "I guess since there are only nine of us here, we may have to hold off on the ten-header until your cousin finishes unpacking and comes over from our house."
"In the meantime, we still have a bunch of others," Scott added. "You guys brought a bunch of double-headers, at least two four-headers, a six-header, and an eight-header along with the ten-header."
"Now we just have to figure out who with be with whom," said Zack.
The group spent the next few minutes debating, proposing, and compromising on how they were going to share the sweaters, as well as how to divide them amongst the nine of them. After a while, they managed to reach an agreement that would work for the time being, which involved Luke using his fusion powers to separate Kevin, Allan, and Dean from each other and back into their original bodies. The group then began gathering up the sweaters and slipping them over their clothes. Since Zack was the youngest, and really wanted to share with Evan when he got here, he volunteered to wait and let the remaining eight get cozy first. Nobody fused together under the sweaters, since they wanted to hold off on that for a while. The result was Ethan and Scott in one two-headed sweater, twin brothers Mark and Max in another, and Luke sharing a four-header with Kevin, Allan, and Dean.
"Well, it's definitely not the same as actually being conjoined with someone," said Dean, "but it might be good enough for now."
Just then, footsteps were heard outside. Someone was coming up the sidewalk towards Scott's front door. Zack looked out the window and saw that it was Evan, and the nine guys began to wonder how Evan might react to seeing them like this. They did not have long to wonder or wait, because it was less than a minute before Evan knocked on the front door, opened it, walked inside--and saw his cousin and uncle with all of their friends.
