The house was amazing! In the years it had been abandoned, it still held up pretty well. The outdate electricity even worked. Joel continued to wonder round the halls and rooms, passing a an kitchen, a door to a bathroom and eventually another hall. Soon, after entering what seemed to be sort of smaller lounge area, Joel emerged into a large greenhouse. It was a sight! Vast, healthy flora of all kinds. Tall trees, large, juicy fruits, and small ponds. The entire room was illuminated with green moonlight, no thanks to the tinted glass walls and ceiling.
Joel looked up at the full moon, peaking through the dark rain clouds.
“Weather still sucks”
He wondered by a small pool of deep water, with bubbled and fizzed.
It was nice in here. The room was warm, much better than the cold rain outside. Joel stopped by a tree with many vines hanging from its branches, and took in the sights. It was then a large tree hanging with strange fruits caught his attention.
Every fruit on the tree was different.
One such fruit looked like a banana, except it was thicker, and blue...
Another looked like two large cherries attached by the stem, with each berry as thick as an apple.
And another fruit looked like a red, swollen mango.
Joel’s stomach growled. He hadn’t eaten in a while, and he sure was hungry...
