Since they didn't think to consult each others before activating the machine, which ended with her being the only one able to access the Chronivac, and her new hormones acting up, Jeff decided to change things. Not so much to make things easier to herself, and more to make sure her new dreams would become reality.
So she changed the parameters so all changes she did would be final, and she would be the only one aware anything had even been different, not even her ex-mother and Megan.
First, she set things so her two babies were identical twin girls. Then, wanting to live the full pregnancy experience, she made things so she was only a week pregnant, instead of 8 month. But while Jeff wanted the full motherhood experience, she didn't want to make her live shorter for it. So she needed a way she could stay a teenage mom and still be able to provide for her girls.
In the end, she choose to turn herself into a genius programmer. One that was so talented she was able to create her own company. Since she was at it, she made sure to also turn herself into a financial genius so no one should be able to take away what she created.
Stayed the problem of names. Not only was Jeff anything except a feminine name, but she feared not changing her two future babies names might help them remember the truth someday. So she used the Chronivac to rename herself Jen, not as a shortening of Jennifer but as her full first name, and her future girls as Lena & Laura. She also changed who was the father, making it so she commended the donor sperm in a sperm-bank. Normally a teenage girl wouldn't have been able to do so, but since she was insanely rich and already an active member of society, they let her do as she pleased.

Around 9 month later, Jen is giving birth to two girls in the privacy of her very own penthouse, in the presence of the few true friends she managed to make regardless of her incredible wealth, or her intimidating status as a teenage genius owning her own business. (In reality, friends she gave herself through the Chronivac.) Like she had written it the Chronivac's parameters, she call her babies Laura and Lena.
The 2 girls are destined to grow securely in the palace-like penthouse of their teenage mother, atop a gigantic tower Jen owned. For the curious, while said tower does have a large part of it occupied by the headquarters of Jen's company, lot of other, generally smaller business had offices in there.
