Searching around the room the Prince finds some spare maid outfits.
“These shall do nicely” He says as he throws a second spare to Geri.
“Uh,.. my apologies sire but these are maid outfits... as in for woman...” replies the confused servant.
“Of course. No one will expect us like this, it’s the perfect disguise! Now come on, let’s get disgusted” Explains Arden as he pulls Geri into another room and closes the door so that they are not seen.
“I Well... of course.. but I do not see why I need to disguise myself as well.. I am already a servant under the castle’s generous employ after all”
“Yes but you are always around me. People will no doubt be suspicious of you hanging around a mere maid” says the sly Prince.
“I well... I suppose that makes sense..” he admits, residing himself to his fate “the gossip tree is never going to let me hear the end of this...” he mutter unde rhis breath out of ear shot to the Prince.
The clothes are of a simple variety. A light brown dress with a darker brown corset like thing over the top of it. Both young men discarding their clothes into a hamper for cleaning, they begin carefully putting on the loose rags before tightening the corsets around their bodies.
Geri has trouble breathing at first, he has no idea how woman deal with these, but eventually he handles it. The Prince seems to have a similar reaction.
They both place a pair of worn female footwear over their feet, almost not fitting at first. They then cover their heads with bonnets to hide their lack of hair before heading out back into the halls.
“Truely another brilliant scheme being pulled off eh Geri?” Whispers the maid Prince with a sly grin.
“Undoubtedly sire” comes the dry reply of Geri.
Both young men find they the more they walk in their shoes the easier it gets, eariler it seems to have been barely fitting but now they have little issue. The tightness of the corset also seems to be decreasing, almost as if their bodies were slowly shifting to accomodate it. However that is a ridiculously idea they both promptly brush aside.
The two continue their walk, Arian excited for this plan whole Geri is just afraid of the embarrassment from this crazy scheme.
