Alisa sighed as she wandered away from the group. They'd taken a vote a few minutes earlier, and all but herself had chosen to go to the sex shop. Alisa REALLY didn't want to go to the sex shop for a couple of reasons. Firstly, she didn't like the way their group D&D games eventually degenerated into sex-filled orgies, whenever Guy or Sara ran a campaign. It simply seemed pointless and rather childish to her. The second was that she was still virginal, and quite uncomfortable around sexually charged situations, as she was afraid she'd betray her inexperience.
Alisa toyed with her bodice and her hair as she walked in down a well-trodden path in the woods, each step taking her further from her friends. She couldn't shake the feeling that she might never see any of them again, though she knew she was being irrational and quite foolish.
Alisa wore a simple gray cloak over her dark green bodice and walked with a stout wooden staff. She looked simply like any other adventurer out in the woods for a stroll, though if anyone looked closer, they would see that she'd acquired a slightly divine glow of soft white light around herself, betraying the clerical class she'd become. She hadn't really felt any different, but by entering the woods, the magic of the island had actually empowered her to become the cleric that she played.
Alisa came to a fork in the path, with the left one leading out of the woods towards a village in the distance. She could see a handful of people on the outskirts, apparently having taken the path she herself had chosen.
The right path led deeper into the woods, with a bit of a foreboding air to them. the trees grew thicker, she could see, and the overhanging canopy blocked much of the sunlight.
Alisa pondered for a moment which path to take. The left offered companionship, whereas the right offered solitude, perhaps danger.
