On the other side of the multiverse, there's a world not so different from ours. Society functions almost the exact same with cars, laws and everything else that makes a function society. Except there are a few key differences.
An obvious difference is that sex is no longer throwned upon in public, in fact it's the opposite. If you perform intercourse in public, it's actually supported and praised upon as in that world, it's a sign of true affection between partners. It's like proposing to your loved one except you can do it all the time. This also means that it is fine for people to expose there genetalia without any care in the world. The only people who wear clothes that cover the genetalia are people who are ashamed of their own.
Another difference is that the concept of rape doesn't exist, or at least in a typical sense. Sure men and women can have sex without the other person agreeing to it, but the other person won't actually complain. They will feel proud that someone would be willing to do it with them without asking first as it is a sign that they are so attractive, the person raping them couldn't contain there lust.
One massive difference between their world and our world is the bodies of the humans. As you already know, humans in our world come in various shapes and sizes with individual character traits. In their world however, humans are built in a very different way.
The body shape of men is either mildly built to hulking beefcakes of humans. Muscles bulging to extreme levels with very little clothing able to actually fit there bodies. It's different for woman as while they do share the mildly built frame, their body shapes could reach super hourglass with a waist too small to physically exist in our world and breasts and asses that reach the diameter of exercise balls.
When mentioning the genitalia, this is even more extreme. While there are normal dicks and vaginas in the porno world, they can reach extremes that are beyond comparison. Dicks are constantly erect and the average size of penises in the world are a metre long when flaccid and 3 when erect. Testicles are also just as big as they are on average the size of beachballs. As for vaginas, this is when things get interesting. Vaginas are built with internal tentacles, these are adaptations to bring the most pleasure to the men and women when performing intercourse. Men and women also have these in their asses for the exact same reasons.
The final difference is that every few years, everyone's genders will be flipped around until the next switcheroo. An extremely beefy man would become an extremely busty woman and theres nothing anyone can do about except wait until the genders are flipped again. No one knows why it happens, but it just does. The society though can still function as normal despite this.
Now, despite of this, society functions as normal, or as akin to our world's as you can get. The only few things that function differently are clothes, as underwear is only worn by small dick people (although average in our world), rape and public sex being legal, how humans are built and the gender switcheroo. Besides that, how does this world go forward?
