As a result, Tomoyo was not a Class-A goddess as Thomas had imagined himself. Instead, he became a minor Class-E goddess, a quasi-deity, otherwise known as a Divine Class 0 entity (mortals were not divine class zero, they didn't have a divine class at all). While his image of being a ninetails/phoenix hybrid did come to pass. However, the complex back story for his fursona would have been impossible for the ray gun to recreate anyway, since the holder of the ray gun wasn't allowed such concise choices.
If a Cosmic Tough Guy (as Curt had been warned about, not really gods or anything, manifestations of will of beings outside of reality, who came into being long enough do their master's will, mostly exterminate anything their master deemed unworthy of existence, and then faded back into nothingness) was trying for a more subtle and less overt way to dispose of the ray gun, rather than the direct confrontations the CTGs glorified themselves in, it didn't work.
While Anna and Skyla were not aware of Vicki not originally being Curt's childhood friend due to her being zapped BEFORE they were, both were aware of all changes that had happened after their own change due to the 'Aware of changes in reality' being on for them both.
As such, Skyla was totally aware that her cousin had just transformed himself. Someone who wasn't the owner of the ray gun trying to zap themselves wasn't a common occurrence in the ray gun's testing phase. The ray gun had been set for the target to be unaware of the changes.
The bright orange and red ninetails kitsune smiled. She wore her beautiful (some of the maids said garish) red maid uniform with orange frills.
Tomoyo put down the toy raygun she'd been playing with, 'It belongs to Master, I shouldn't be messing with it.'
She then saw Skyla, "And how is my favorite niece doing?"
Skyla cringed a little, but said, "I'm just doing fine... auntie." Skyla would need to look up her list of contacts to see what her 'aunts' new name was.
"Well," Tomoyo curtsied and bowed. "Head Maid Skyla, this humble servant is ready to serve Master, now and forever."
Skyla pulled herself together and bowed, "As Head Maid, I accept your service to the Master."
"That's my niece, always so formal about her duty!" Tomoyo hugged her. After only a moment's hesitation, Skyla hugged her back.
No one noticed two little children who were in awe of Tomoyo, but also saw the toy ray gun, and snagged it for their own fun and games.
