Lisa rushed out of the bathroom only to figure out that the screaming came not from one or even two places but all three bedrooms. Knowing that Monica was the only one in the room they shared she rushed in to find Monica sitting on her bed, just looking at her hand. At Lisa didn’t see it, but as she got closer, she saw that Monica’s right hand had what looked to be a growth of some kind. Then she noticed that it wasn’t a growth, but Monica’s skin now had thick hardened scales growing over it. The scales covered the entire top of her hand up to the elbow, the scales where still the same color as her flesh but that could change.
“It’s going to be alright.” Reassured Lisa as more calls came in. The door to their room opened to see Rose dressed in only a tank top and shorts.
“You guys as well?” inquired Rose
“Yes…” answered Lisa as Rose nodded.
“Alright, lets meet downstairs.” Said Rose as she disappeared toward Stacy and Amanda’s room.
“Let’s go downstairs.” Said Monica as they headed down the stairs, their room was next to the stairs, so they arrived downstairs first and sat down.
“Your ears…” said Monica
“Yes, if the internet is correct, I am becoming a fairy of some kind.” Answered Lisa more concerned about her friends.
Rose was the first to arrive followed by Taylor. It wasn’t hard to spot what had happened to Taylor growing out straight in the middle of the forehead was a large pointed lump, the start of a horn.
“You as well?” inquired Taylor as Monica and Lisa nodded, Lisa turning her head to show her pointed ears and Monica raised her right arm to show the scales.
“Well you see mine.” Stated Taylor as he pointed toward her one horn.
It was then that Amanda and Stacy, at first none of them seamed different then they noticed that coming through Amanda’s hairline where two small lumps, the start of horns.
“So did you and Rose get away free?” inquired Lisa as she looked at Rose and Stacy.
“So far we haven’t really checked out ourselves yet.” stated Rose as Stacy nodded her head in agreement, she hadn’t found anything either. Still both women knew that if the rest of their housemates had the virus then more then likely their turn was coming.
