As Jack was walking to the door she almost broke her ankle as her foot came down wrong in the stilettos.
"This is not going to work" she said as she sat down and rubbed her ankle.
Sharon said "I think I might have another pair of heals that are not as bad but they don't really go with that outfit."
Jack looked at her "I don't really care what they look like I am only doing this to keep Rick happy, the sooner this is behind me the better."
Sharon got another pair of shoes from the closet a pair with only a 2" heal but the heal was a lot wider "here put these on."
When Jack had the shoes on and was able to walk they went into the other room to see an upset Rick "about time lets get going."
After they got into the car Rick drove them to the bar, it was not until they were entering the parking lot that both Jack and Sharon looked a little scared.
The place was a little more crowded but it was the same place Jack had picked up Sharon earlier that day.
Rick lead the two girls into the bar and they were able to get the last table in the place.
After they had seated themselves the waitress came over and as bad luck would have it, it was the same waitress that had come on duty when they had been there earlier.
"Well nice to see you again the other guy not work out then honey."
All three of they looked at the waitress.
Jack and Sharon looked scared but Rick looked a little angry.
Sharon started to tell the waitress she was mistaken but Rick interrupted and asked her when she had seen Sharon before.
The waitress seen the look on Sharon's face and said "look I don't want any trouble how about we just forget what I said and you place your orders."
Rick said "bring us three tall beers" then he turned back to Sharon "so you were in here earlier picking up guys."
Sharon was scared but managed to come up with a story that put things at ease for a while until latter when the beers they had been drinking started to get to Rick.
